Newborn 1 Yr Old 2 Yrs Old
These pictures above are of my nephew James. He is 3 years old as of 10/4/16. His development over these 2 years have been incredible to watch. As a newborn he was small and was scary to hold. His muscle movements and strength weren't quite developed like most newborns, so he wasn't strong enough to hold his head or body up. He was totally dependent on others. At 1, he wanted he enjoyed playing with and imitating his older sister. Because of this he started walking early. He was short for his age so it was funny watching him walk around. His muscle control strengthened at this age and wanted to hold his bottle and help himself. At 2, he was very sure of himself. He was able to tell you his likes and dislikes, and wanted to run with the bigger kids. He definitely wanted to be more independent and was not afraid to tell you, "I'm not a baby! Look at me, I'm a big boy!" Which always garnered laughter. He is now potty trained and looking forward to school!
I will teach because my goals to reach
whether big or small we can learn it all
Education is important as we learn we find its worth it
If we are young or old, learning doesn't stop, so I'm told.
If we expand our mind we can lose track of time.
But our time will be well spent as we learn and become better ladies and gent!

An organization that I will join is ATPE. This is a teachers advocacy program. The logo is

This organization can benefit me in many ways. For instance if any laws change during my career, I have an advocate to call and get clarity. Another way is if any questionable situations come up I will have free legal council to help with any of those questions. Working with special needs kids I run into situations where the kid is having a difficult time processing information and can become uncontrollable. The risk of injury is always a possibility, so if needed I have an organization to call for advice.
